- Will staff read the menu or describe the plate?
- Does the card terminal have raised buttons?
Site
- Does the website work with a screen reader?
- Can you order delivery or takeaway online?

Answer for what you were told rather than what you saw, and say so in the review. A phone answer is worth having and worth labelling.
